Returns & Exchanges

At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your British-made footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your boots or shoes are trialled on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original Solovair box and secure it within a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid or standard shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at an authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt; once received at our Northamptonshire factory, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
